If you would like a Case Officer from Survivor Services to contact you for support or to discuss an issue or concern you may have by completing this confidential enquiry form.  One of our Survivor Support team members will contact you using the details you provide.

We acknowledge that coming forward and speaking with someone is difficult and recognise that the impact of sexual and physical abuse can be life long.

Our Survivor Services team is dedicated to providing care and support through specialised case management to survivors. Our aim is to create a safe environment where you can share your experience and be empowered to seek justice and healing pathways through the provision of information. There may be different options available and we can help you navigate the services in the wider community.
